• Handling Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after the purchase is confirmed.

• Delivery Times: Once dispatched, shipping times typically vary between 5 and 22 business days, depending on the destination region and local customs processing.

• Secure Packaging: We understand the fragile nature of minerals. Every item is professionally packed using protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, regardless of the distance.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return window under the following conditions:

• Return Period: Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, the specimen must be in its original condition and packaging.

• Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.

• Refunds: Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund (excluding original shipping costs).
